Creative City Arts and Culture Plan 2018-2022

Creative City is Hobsons Bay City Council’s Arts and Culture Plan. Developed across six program areas, it guides Council’s work in arts and culture. Creative City contributes to the positioning of Hobsons Bay as a centre of cultural excellence and innovation, helping build a strong creative sector, diverse opportunities and experiences and positive outcomes for the city.

Creative City 2030

Hobsons Bay City Council is developing a new Creative City 2030 plan to help inform and guide its direction for arts and culture in the city.

We invited the local community to have a say by attending an online or in-person workshop in May, or by completing a survey. The survey was open for responses between April and June 2023.

The draft plan will be available for community feedback later in 2023.
