Practical help

Hobsons Bay Youth Services provides individual support to young people aged 12 to 25 years who live, work or study in Hobsons Bay.

The case management and support service provides practical support to young people to help them identify personal strengths, set goals, and work towards the outcomes they desire. This type of support may include assisting young people to access Centrelink or local health services, get their Learner Permit, develop new skills or link them into employment or education opportunities.

The service is free and confidential and can be accessed at Newport Community Hub, Level 1, 13-15 Mason Street, Newport. Arrangements can also be made to meet at the young person’s school if in the municipality.

To access individual support, please complete the registration form below or contact Hobsons Bay Youth Services on 9932 4000 or via email youth@hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au for assistance.
