Healthy Ageing
Exercising is a great way to socialise and have fun while getting active. It’s also a boost for your mental and physical health, improving your mood and reducing stress.
Seniors Exercise Park, Spotswood
Hobsons Bay City Council is teaming up with the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI) in a project called Enjoy Impact, to activate the recently built seniors exercise park at Donald McLean Reserve, Spotswood. A specialised outdoor park with exercise equipment for older people to engage in physical and social activities.
