Badminton in summer

Drop into the centre (no booking required) with family or friends and mention 'Summer in the Bay' to pay only $5 per person. This rate applies for the entire session (up to three hours) for both young people and adults/family accompanying them. 

This is not a coaching session, but a ‘come and try’ badminton session.

Equipment such as racquets and shuttles will be provided. Appropriate sports shoes required.

How to get there: 

• Catch the Train to Newport station and walk 2.2km west along Mason Street or catch the bus and get off at the corner of Mason Street & Blenheim Road/ Hansen Street. Walk west for 200 m.
• Travel by bus from Williamstown or Sunshine using bus Route 471.
• Travel by bus from Yarraville to Newport using bus Route 432.
