Learn to use a sewing machine: Beginners workshop

Want to learn to use a sewing machine? Join this hands-on sewing machine class designed for beginners. 

A sewing machine will be provided for each participant. 

You will learn:

• How to use basic sewing machine controls and how to adjust them to get the best results.
• How to use accessories that come with a machine and understand their uses and applications.
• Basic sewing machine maintenance
• A variety of techniques including straight stitching, zigzag stitching, hand sewing and 'quilt as you go'. Using these techniques you will complete your own project to take home.
