Hobsons Bay CEO Employment and Remuneration Policy

The Hobsons Bay Chief Executive Officer Employment and Remuneration Policy was developed by Council as per the requirement of section 45 of the Local Government Act 2020 (‘The Act’). The policy outlines how Council will manage the recruitment and appointment of its Chief Executive Officer, provides consistency for contract inclusions and performance monitoring and sets out the requirements of the statutory required annual review process.
