All questions submitted for the Council meeting will be received and a written response will be sent. All questions (maximum of three per person) must be in writing and submitted online or in-person.

Questions can be hand-delivered to the Hobsons Bay Civic Centre, 115 Civic Parade, Altona 3018.
Public questions will not be accepted via social media.
All questions must be received by no later than 12 noon on the day before the Council meeting.
The questioner will need to be in attendance for the question to be read out by the chairperson at the Council meeting. Any questions not read out during the meeting will receive a written response.
