The new oval, playground and rotunda restoration works at Leo Hoffmann are now complete with the whole reserve open to the public.
The new playground includes a range of features, such as BBQ facilities, a picnic shelter, and modern play equipment. Highlights of the playground upgrade include a flying fox, a shaded sandpit for younger children, and a brand-new ninja course for those seeking an active challenge.
The oval has already reopened to the public, providing a fantastic space for sports and recreation. These improvements are part of our commitment to creating vibrant and welcoming community spaces for everyone to enjoy.
The rotunda upgrade was delivered with funding provided by the Victorian Government, through the West Gate Tunnel Project’s West Gate Neighbourhood Fund and the ninja course was delivered with funding provided by the Victorian Government, through the Sports and Recreational Fund.
