Cr Grima is passionate about improving community services and local infrastructure. She is a second-generation volunteer at Laverton Community Integrated Services helping with food relief around Laverton. She has also volunteered and played for Laverton Magpies Football Club. Cr Grima is in her second term, having served as deputy mayor in 2021-22 and 2022-23.
