Development Contributions Plan
Development contributions are payments or works-in-kind towards the provision of infrastructure made by the proponent of a new development. Council has two Development Contributions Plans within the Hobsons Bay Planning Scheme:
- DCPO1 – Former Port Phillip Woollen Mill Development Contributions Plan
- DCPO 2 – Altona North Development Contributions Plan
In accordance with both these plans, the development contributions rates have been indexed for the 2023-2024 financial year below. These rates should be read in conjunction with the relevant Development Contributions Plan available on the DELWP website and the relevant schedule in the Hobsons Bay Planning Scheme.
