Amendment C130hbay

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C130hbay to the Hobsons Bay Planning Scheme.

The amendment came into operation on 6 May 2021 when a notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette.

The amendment corrects a number of heritage overlay maps and the schedule to the heritage overlay to ensure the Hobsons Bay Planning Scheme is consistent with the Victorian Heritage Register.
