Looking for some entertainment as you head into the city on the Williamstown Line?

Metro Trains and the Department of Transport and Planning have partnered with Storytowns to create Railway Stories – 47 geo-located podcasts available on the Williamstown, Belgrave, Lilydale, Upfield, Sandringham and Pakenham lines that play automatically as you approach a landmark or point of interest on those lines.

The audios include fascinating stories about the places passengers travel through on the Williamstown line, from Williamstown’s maritime history, the trains still on display at the Newport Railway Museum, to Melbourne’s oldest train station – Flinders Street, and more!
