Paint with Procreate

 

Learn how to paint this capsicum on your iPad using the Procreate App. Once you have the skills, you can apply this to any image you want to illustrate.

Ideally, you would know your way around the Procreate app but you will learn the basics of setting up your canvas and layers, which brushes to use, and how to use the smudge and erase tools. We'll take the capsicum image, sample colours, draw it, shade it, and then colourise it. You will not need any new brushes, we'll use the ones that come with the app.

You will need:

• an iPad
• an Apple Pencil or a Stylus
• the Procreate App (from App store).
