Brooklyn Community Hall will be closed from Friday 20 December to Monday 13 January 2025. All enquires submitted during this time will be responded to after 13 January. We wish you a safe and happy holiday period.

Brooklyn Community Hall is a newly expanded and refurbished multi-use facility consisting of:
- Main hall - featuring a timber floor, data projector, air-conditioning, access to kitchenette and outdoor deck. Seating up to 80 at tables,100 seated theatre-style or 120 standing.
- Multipurpose room 1 - featuring carpeted floor, data projector, air-conditioning, 8 x folding tables that seat up to 24, or 30 seated theatre-style without tables, and access to a kitchenette.
- Multipurpose room 2 - featuring carpeted floor, data projector, air-conditioning, seats up to 30 theatre-style and access to a kitchenette.
- Multipurpose rooms 1 & 2 - can be combined by opening the concertina doors to feature a larger carpeted space with dual data projection and can seat up to 60 theatre-style.
- Meeting pod - a smaller carpeted meeting space with large communal table seating up to 6, air-conditioning and access to a kitchenette.
- Community kitchen - a commercial grade kitchen comprising of large oven with 6 induction burners, large fridge and separate freezer, microwave, commercial dishwasher and a limited amount of crockery, cutlery and induction pots and pans.
The venue is ideal for multiple uses including workshops, training, large community gatherings/functions, corporate meetings or events, cooking classes and playgroups.
The outside deck leads to a landscaped garden and soon to be established community garden. A footpath leads to the nearby playground, dog park and tennis court.
Wheelchair ramp access, tables, chairs, data projectors, kitchenette facilities, rest rooms, air-conditioning and outdoor areas available.
Brooklyn Community Hall is available for corporate bookings, community groups and private functions.
FUNCTION ACCESS/TIMES
As the facility is located in a residential suburb the following good neighbours guidelines must be adhered to:
• Activities and bump in may not start prior to 8.30am on any weekday and 9am on weekends and public holidays.
• Events must finish and guests depart no later than 10pm on Friday and Saturday. 9pm Sunday - Thursday.
• The facility must be cleaned and fully vacated by 11pm on Friday and Saturday. 10pm Sunday - Thursday.
